Zoo Outing

I had a day out with my animals as well as some unknown species to the Singapore Zoological Garden :-

There was planning to meet at 9.30 am @ AMK. I woke up late and hurried there and lo and behold, I only saw Rachel there! Everyone else was LATE! Both of us went for breakfast at Mac. Then, Nisa called and asked us then she smses us to HURRY! Both of us finished up our food and made our wya to the bus interchange. Suprisingly, she isn't there......called here then she says to meet at MRT Control station-it was ridiculous so we both decided to stay put. We waited and waited and waited for almost 30 mins before Fai, Az n Marjuk came! Then, after ard 15 mins, the rest came! OMG waiting from 9.30 all the way to 10 plus........Seriously, there is no sense of punctuality anymore!!!

Made our way to the Zoo by bus 138. Then there we waited for Reka and Shachin.......wait and wait and wait......while waiting, Nisa, Daljit and I went to inquire abt the price discount for admission ticket with tram ride-Suprisingly, the price was discounted from 22 to $13.50! That was like so cool. We went back to the rest and Nisa asked if they wanted tram ride and all said no, so the whole idea was finished....Finally, Reka and Shachin arrived and we were ready to move in!!! Bought the tickets, everybody shared the cost then we went in..

Started our camwhoring, saw a lot of animals, had KFC for lunch, saw the Splash Safari show and finally, we played 'Do u love ur neighbour?'-It was very fun and cool.......haha some people were so into it that they even got hurt....haha.....Rachel got hurt while jumping for the seat [she knocked against the wall] and Fai got hurt laughing at her [knocked against the railing]....haha the two jokers-it was so funny to see them cry in pain-haha evil laughter LoL....and another thing learnt-Nasarath is one ROUGH gurl......OMG, she even twisted Daljit's hand and pushed me for seat!.....haha but it was still a very fun game!

But seeing the animals there was really very sad thing. Everyday, they are confined to the four walls and day long, seeing ugly faces looking at them through the glasses through which freedom lies for them...........So many animals are also so close to extinction......We humans are the cause of it[their pain-extinction] and we humans are also their only hope!
There was this monkey Charlie, the way he was sitting quietly and his face then they way he got up and went from corner to corner, it was just so sad, my heart really cried, it was just so sad to see them like that-Imagine yourself away from ur hometown, native place and put in a place where u r confined to four walls and day long, u have ugly faces coming and staring at you, knocking at your cage, urging you to move just because they want to see u in action!......

The way back was one very tiring and long journey! Was really tired and another thing learnt-Fai punches ppl infront of him to stop himself from falling and I was the lucky one to get hit![idiot right?]

The way home was very exhausting.....came home and fell asleep straight away, woke up and bathed then realised was having fever! In the end, from today's journey, I have realised that no pain or injury is bigger or greater than what the animals suffered and are suffering.
They are suffering because of humans selfishness of killing the animals to obtain a part of them for medical purposes! How selfish and evil can we humans get? We are killing and bringing them to extinction just because we want our health!! We are so cruel to bring these animals to extinction just for our benefit.....how much more cruel and heartless can we get!!??!!Isn't it time that we wake up and open up our eyes to see what we are doing to this world?

WAKE UP GUYS AND SEE THE PAIN AND SUFFERING YOU ARE CAUSING THE THINGS AND ANIMALS AROUND YOU! Just because they cant speak and tell abt the suffering or scream out their pain, is it fair to do INJUSTICE to them? They are also LIVING CREATURES-TYR AND BE FAIR TO ALL THOSE LIVING, whether they can SPEAK OR NOT!
